Tartlets for a Winter's Day

My Tartlet Helper Fiona Rubin and I hunted forever for an easy recipe to use with my new tartlet pan. Never found one so I came up with this:
2 1/2 C. Flour
3 Tbs. Sugar
1 stick butter
1 stick margarine
Cut the butters into the dry mix. Mix well.

Mix in 2 beaten egg yolks and 4 Tbs. of water.

Smoosh dough together into a big lump shape.
Now make small walnut sized balls with the dough and press into tartlet pan leaving a well for the filling. Prick shell bottoms with fork then bake at 350 for 7 minutes.
Remove from oven. Fill the wells with a teaspoon or so of your favorite jelly or jam. Cook for about 7 more minutes until filling is bubbling slightly. DONE.
