Scottish Highland Games

Two Bonnie lasses (my sister and myself) travel to Loon Mountain New Hampshire for the Scottish Highland games. Sister Sue and I are 50% Scottish. We have our own Clan complete with tartan and crest. Here we are sitting on the slopes where the herding dogs had their sheep gathering competition earlier in the day.
On the way up North we stopped at the Tilt'n Diner. The food was tasty, the decor was fun. Tilt'n is painted pink inside and out! Here we are 1/2 dressed for our clan gathering, sporting the cute paper hats from the diner.

  1. And I didn't know you were half Scottish. I'm probably about a quarter. The Moir side of the family is from Aberdeen and Orkney islands and I believe we were part of the Gordon clan. I have a photo of my great-great grandfather in his kilt!
