Winter Gathering at Woods-Gerry Manor

Rhode Island School of Design's Winter Gathering party was held in what was once the Governors Mansion. A beautiful Building filed with all the staff and faculty from RISD for the afternoon.
The president gave a great talk (the guy in the orange T-shirt), the food was delicious and my fellow teachers company (Cheryl Kirk Noll) made the day.

This is the second year I have been invited, and I must say I have never seen such an impressive dessert table. All food and pastries where made by the RISD Chefs.Yummy!

The decorations of huge wreathes above every fireplace, festive garland on the mantel pieces, and the enormous  holiday ornaments hanging from the high ceilings where spectacular.

And I must say Cheryl looked like a colorful decoration herself!

Happy Holidays everyone!
