What a delightful surprise. Every Tuesday night is free balloon sculpture night at our local Uno's Pizza in Bellingham. It happens from 6PM to 8PM. This clever fellow made a balloon hat with a banana and a monkey hanging on it. I also saw lots of little balloon animals leaving in kids hands. My hat is an cosmic interpretation with planets.
